Gerhard's Appliance Inc.Reviews of gerhardsappliance.com

Very easy process. Needed a refrigerator ASAP. Went to the Malvern store I was in and out in 20 minutes. Had exactly what I was looking for. They delivered in 2 days and set everything up and took the old refrigerator. The guys who delivered were great! I would definitely got back there.

I must say I can’t agree my experience was amazing my sales person was Brianna I told her my budget and she made it happen she even price match which was awesome she picked quality appliance I was pleased with everything .rhe delivery was also timely and smooth I would go back without thinking about it.

I bought a dishwasher from Gerhard's and am very pleased. Erik, our salesman, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This is the third appliance I've bought from them and had a great experience every time.

Purchased a dishwasher recently and was helped by a salesman named Jason. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a courteous fashion. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I expect that the delivery and installation go equally as well. Mike V.

From ordering to installation, dealing with the Malvern location was excellent. Good follow up and assistance.

I was looking for a new microwave oven and Gerhard's was having their black Friday sale. I was approached by a sales person named Jason who displayed an exceptional degree of patience, congeniality, and knowledge of the products. I do not frequently leave reviews but thought that Jason earned this one. I will be a repeat customer at Gerhard's and the company is fortunate to have him as an employee.

The two delivery men Sean and his assistant were prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would order from Gerhard's because of them!!

My wife and I needed to buy a new washing machine and we went to the Gerhard's Appliances store in Spring House, PA. The LG Washing Machine was very highly rated by Consumer Reports and Rebecca, our salesperson, was very helpful as we selected the model we wanted. We found the price of the model selected to be very competitive with other stores in the area. Our machine was delivered several days later and was installed by Carlos and his brother in a very efficient and professional manner. I had removed the door to the laundry room to facilitate the installation and Carlos graciously put the door back on its hinges for us. The machine works very well. My wife and I will be going back to Gerhard's for any additional appliances we might need. We are very satisfied with the organization.
