I can’t give it 5 stars because we haven’t received our refrigerator yet. But, I have confidence considering the sales rep, Nicole P. Who helped us was good. No hard sale tactics. We went in with something in mind and she addressed all our questions easily. We gave Gerhard’s a try based on other reviews. We are scheduled for a delivery for next week; other local dealers said we’d have to wait 2 months for delivery AND their prices were higher than Gerhard’s.

I ordered a complete kitchen appliance set and had to have delivery in 2 weeks as the contractors i hired completed the job must faster than i expected. With the assistance of salesman David Reece i placed my order online and received all but the refrigerator in exactly 2 weeks. I’m extremely satisfied with the assistance of the salesman and the delivery man courteous, careful and efficient. I’m very happy with Gerhard’s and would recommend them over Lowe’s or Home Depot.

Efficient process, friendly staff. Slightly disappointed to get a call the day before that they didnt have a washer to deliver the next day. Not sure how that could happen since I had purchased it the week before and how can you sell something that isn't in the warehouse. But they did come up with a solution of selling me a floor model, so that was better then nothing. I received a slight discount on the floor model and it was still delivered next day. Delivery folks were friendly and efficient. I find it strange that you have to submit a rebate form for the 'free' delivery and it then takes 16 weeks to receive that refund. Overall, good experience with a local, family owned company so I feel better giving them my money than giving it to the big companies.

Entered an online order in the evening and received a prompt contact in the next moring confirming the details of the order

Love buying my appliances from this local business, however what sets them apart is their service department. This is the only store I buy an extended warranty from because their service people are AMAZING. For example, I had a small issue with a 4 door Samsung Fridge. They sent Jim out this morning and not only was he quick and thorough, but he was so respectful of my house and took the time to actually explain what the issue was and what he did.....this is customer service and this is why I have confidence anytime a service person from Gerhard's comes out to my house.....
