I previously left a 1 star review and said I would be happy to leave a 5 star review if I even had the product. Now I have the product and quite like it. The personalized regimentsbare a nice touch. but Geologie has got to fix their shipping issues.

The skin cream so far helped clear up the area on my far head near where my hair on my head is. However, the area on my chin, below my mouth, where I have wrinkles, I have not seen any improvement so far. I been using the products for approximately a little over a week.

I had the same experience as another reviewer mentioned. I can't actually review the product itself because I never received the product. I spoke to customer support a number of times and was told to keep waiting. After going back and forth a few times they did try to rectify the issue by shipping another set.... only.... the other shipment never even made it to the post office. So now we're 20 days after I actually place the order and no products. At this point I just want my money back. As there are so many other options out there, consumers don't need to put up with this.

I've been using Geology for almost 2 months now and I'm well satisfied. My skin feels better, my acnee is diminished. The coster service is really good and they care about us. I actually study Geologie, the science of Earth and now I can see why they named it such.

The products, I dont know how good or bad they are because I never received them. The company has terrible shipping practices, like saying it's shipped 2 weeks ago but the post office doesn't even have the package from the company yet. I've emailed them a few times with no response and just now I emailed them wanting to cancel my subscription. Not holding my breath for an answer. Save your time and expectations for a company who actually delivers

We're still seeing delays in processing and shipping times via USPS, despite being a ways out of the pandemic now. Unfortunately it doesn't look like we received any outreach from you regarding the order until your cancellation request yesterday, but our team will follow up there to get you taken care of. We're always more than happy to put together a replacement at no additional cost if it looks like an order's been lost in transit.

The product itself is good but don’t expect good service. It takes an hour to figure out how to cancel the subscription on the website.

Their site won’t let you cancel your subscription! It has the “option” but when you click it nothing happens! Just another online company trying to scam people out of their money!

Used tretinoin cream along with Tiege Hanley for many years when my acne/rosacea was really bad but as I’ve gotten older my skin didn’t need as harsh of a routine anymore so the non-prescription retinoids in the night cream was the perfect level for me. Highly recommend switching to this system as the products are amazing but the customer service is even better to make sure you’re system is tailored to what you need!
