wow!what a great company! first the products:i use the complete set, and i really enjoy it! i'm in my mid 50's so my skin already has some mileage, but i can notice that my under eyes look better, and overall my skin looks better i have used other company in the past, and i like that Geologie uses products with controlled dosage, so you won't use too much or too little very satisfied with that process and then there is this superb customer service, the best i have ever experienced from any company really stellar! any issues or questions and someone knowledgeable will help you out within 24 hours truly impressed! great job Geologie!

I love the products but I’m running out before my refills come in. That’s VERY frustrating. Shipping time either needs much improvement or bottles need to contain more product. UPDATE: Geologie was kind enough to send me a new bottle of soap. I will wait and see if my new subscription is sent before the face cream runs out and then I will change this to 5 stars. Great products and thanks for the soap to hold me over until my new batch is shipped.

Overall the product has shown results. It took a few weeks but definitely helped. The only reason it’s 3 and not 5 stars is due to the containers having brown water seep out from the bottle’s internal spring housing(not where the product is held). Being that I wash my face in my shower and showers at the gym. It’s not alway possible to limit the containers exposure to water. It also seeps out this brown water when in my gym bag and got all over my gear which I wasn’t too happy about. The liquid also stained a towel in my bag but after washing it, sort of came out. The product is good but the containers need a revamp.

Extraordinary customer service! Half way through my first 90 day supply i ran out of night cream...i guess I got swept up in the excitement of waking up looking GRRREAT and used more than necessary...Geologie replaced the cream for free, no hassle, no issues. Love these folks.

Geologie has definitely given me paradigm shifting results. I have been watching women moisturizing my entire life and never put a thought into it. Now, I cannot think of a day not taking care of my face. Geologie's approach provides a great beginning and is followed up by an actual person at the 30 day mark. Yes, it is a trial to subscription but it is no secret and totally worth it! My under eye bags have started to decrease. With a thyroid disorder, I never thought this would happen but it has. I have also noticed my forehead lines along with a few other wrinkles have started to dissappear. For a lot of guys, they spend more time taking care of their vehicle than their own body. If you take time to wash and wax your car, you can do the same for your face! Geologie works!!

shady site that did not make it obvious that this was subscription based. It appears as if it's a one-time purchase but then you get a bill for 143.44 dollars later. No way to contact them via phone and your only option is to try to login to cancel it and send an e-mail for a refund. Now they have my credit card details and I have to dispute the charges and possibly cancel that card.

I love every Geologie product! I used to have a bad skin but my skin looks much better. My dark circles have all gone and my acne have reduced.

The 5 stars is for the product. I saw a noticeable improvement in my skin after 30 days with less, acne, breakouts and dry skin. Their skin creams and face wash set is expensive though, the company pesters you to write reviews on pages like this one and will keep sending you an unending stream of emails until you order if you ever give them your email. If you can afford it and you are struggling with your skin, give their products a try.
