#30 Regimen user. I like the two face washes, one for the shower, one for the sink. Pretty simple convenience but it’s great. I’ve noticed the difference in how my skin feels and the evenness in my complexion. Six weeks in. The only thing I’d improve at this point is the shipping time. Took more than a week to ship after the trial ended, resulting in some gap days with no product. Will see what happens with the next shipment. Overall 👍🏻.

So first the customer service was great as they advertise it. But then they had software problems. My account did not work for ordering. They said they fixed it but it wasn't. Also they did not manage to change my regimen back after i retook diagnostics. Really frustrating. Now they are not even answering on my emails anymore. Really bad service.. When things get difficult, they just don't answer anymore. If that's how you treat new customers.. Edit: Andy from customer service followed up and issue was cleared. took time and writing e-mails. Can't say a lot about the effect of the products but you can definitely feel the face wash working great right after using it. Have to test the regimen some more weeks to tell more.

Geologie has been a big help! This is the first time I have tried a morning and night routine. The repairing night cream works well for breakouts and leaves my skin feeling smooth the next morning. Would definitely recommend Geologie!

I have never been able to keep up with any skincare system. I have bottles apon bottles of different skincare products and have been lucky to stick with them maybe a week at most.. Then I tried Geologies month trial. I felt it was on the more pricey side but ive sure paid alot more for a system so i figured why not. Ive been amazed that i have actually have used all the products everyday. I waited 4 months to review this thinking it would be like all the others and id stop using it at some point or run into some issue but everyday and night my face gets love and has become a happier face..when you add the cost of a good wash, day cream, night cream, eyecream it can get really expensive. This is a pretty good deal getting everything and at a 3 month supply. The years have not melted away but my skin sure looks and feels better.. Great products great service = happy me 😁 I did have 5 stars but have changed to 4 because im still waiting on my next refill and have now run out of everything. But less than a week i had it just small delay from them upgrading warehouse i may just get my order a week sooner so i dont run out again.. Other than that just awesome.

This is my first experience with skin care products for my face. The product works really really well. I can't believe the improvement, especially for the dark circles under my eye. The ordering process was mostly easy, and any questions were immediately answered. The staff (shout out to Lee) were super helpful.

Their skincare products and suggested routines are good, but nothing special. You're mostly paying for the curation and service, which at the start was worth the price – then came order no. 2. 1 month delay of the order. Emails guaranteeing delivery within "the next few days" only to have weeks go by with no update. I understand shipping delays and would have been fine with them, had they just been transparent from the start on the length of delay. Writing this as I send my 3rd follow up email to them.

I appreciate geologie’s website. It makes me feel like I want to be a part of this community, but because of certain setbacks, I feel like that might not be happening, which is sad for me. 1) customer service: when I bought the regimen I first used, I was told to email them. This was not a fun, nor happy, not pleasant experience. I felt as if I was doing more work to get this regimen than I believed I should, and was not happy about the general view of geologie. I decided to just do it myself without customer service, or any knowledge about the website or skincare. Once I found the chat button on the website, everything instantly changed. I talked to a customer representative immediately, and not every 3 days for a simple response. I mean full on help. I was so happy that this was the case, and bought a new regimen. I wrote this so that geologie might consider specifying to people to please use the message option, and not email. I also think that a phone call would have solved this 4 month issue. 2) the regimens are really expensive!!! And when I say expensive, I mean raising towards prices of 135$ for a set of “90 days”. I used the trial, about a cost of 35$, read how much I should use, and it ran out the 2nd week, and not the full month it promised. How am I suppose to believe that my new 90 day regimen is going to last that long? 3) After being a customer for 4 months, I still have no idea about skin or what I’m suppose to do. I appreciate the fact that the staff worked hard to make it simple, but I would rather have complex, and be explained what to do, how to do it, and why my regimen works. Hopefully this was helpful and not offensive, and keep up the work.

This is my first foray into a regular facial skincare routine, so I didn’t have much to compare it to. I don’t feel like I had any big issues with my skin that I was looking to fix other than dry skin. The products I was recommended, regime 26, seemed to be targeted at the things I was looking for. Once I got my trial, I really enjoyed the products. Again, didn’t have a lot of issues to try and correct, but I liked the results I did get. Noticeably more moisture in my skin without being greasy, no more tight dry skin on my forehead or chin/lip area. Nothing dramatic. Just good looking and feeling skin. The one thing I can absolutely give 5-stars is their customer service! Their pricing was flexible, and when my full-size kit showed up with the eye cream damaged, they immediately sent out a replacement, no questions asked. Response time was quick and friendly too. It may seem like a fairly significant $$ commitment, to get started, but amitorized out over the 90 days, it’s really not bad at all. I’d highly recommend Geologie to a froend
