Great customer service. Got a refund on a late delivery which is quite good. Skincare is alright although face wash comes in small 60ml bottles with high price. Quite effective although only with long term use.

Geologie really cares about your skincare routine. Customer service agents will ask questions that go beyond the surface to get you to a happy place with Geologie’s products. Also, don’t sleep in the roll-on deodorant. It smells great and works well!

I think that this product at this time is a good fit for me. Having used so many different products I found these to suit my needs. And the convenience of not having to remember to buy more with there subscription service makes it a no brainer for lots of people.

Good responding from email and very good service

I had some issues with my first order but customer support fixed this issue within a week. Their products come with easy instructions and have been working as advertised.

UPDATED: After receiving an email from a customer support supervisor and reaching a satisfactory resolution, I have decided to update my review. This company offers a very good product that I would recommend based on its quality. My only concern is their cancellation policy, particularly regarding the first payment after the trial month. It would be helpful if they sent email reminders about an upcoming payment within a week of the charge date. This would prevent many issues for both their support team and customers. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have live support available, at least through chat, as it seems their agents are often offline.

Really like the products. Like how you have the option of signing up for a subscription or purchasing products al a cart. Also being able to order from Amazon is nice as well.

My initial experience with Geologie was not a great one as I was charged for a subscription I was not aware I signed up for. However, I have edited my review because after working with a customer service representative, my complaints were resolved. I feel that this company cares about sustainability and the environment and customer satisfaction.
