I’ve been nothing but happy with the products from Geologie

After a bad experience with delivery times, I have to admit the product itself is excellent and have therefore changed my review from a one star to four. It is simple to use and good quality product reasonably priced. I hope the delivery timings improve as it’s definitely something I would like to order regularly going forward.

The product itself, homerun. 10 out of 10. Best in the game. However, they are getting a 2 star rating because, as others have mentioned, the shipping is HORRENDOUS. It takes weeks to get a confirmation that they received order and then another week or two to get it shipped. By that time, you're well out of your supply and it messes with your regimen. I just made another purchase to have leftover and it's been 4 days without a confirmation email or shipping info. They are on their last straw despite being the best product in the game but it's no good if you constantly have gaps in your regimen & you're always starting from scratch. I hope they fix their shipping issues because they have the potential to be easily the best.

I've used everything from topical creams to big names like proactive , but this is honest to God the best product I've ever used for my face . In just the last couple months using Geologie products my face has cleared up tremendously. Not just cleared up but feels down right amazing, my skin feels firm and healthy. And after every use my skin feels revitalized, it smells great too ! So if your looking for clearer healthier skin, at an affordable price too, look no further. Geologie is where it's at!

Ignored my request to postpone shipment. Customer service has not responded so far.

First off, be patient; it took two weeks to get both my sample set order and my subscription order. The tracking showed very little, very slow progress the whole time. The actual products are quality, and I noticed good results after the first month. It took a couple weeks for my skin to adjust (I'm completely new to this skincare realm), but now it's smooth sailing. Clearer, smoother skin, smaller pores, and better looking under eyes. It even seems to be repairing a scar I've had since high school (17 years ago). The customer service communication has been quick, but with mixed messaging. When I replied to the "How's it going?" email I was sent, I mentioned the issues I was having (mostly very dry skin in places). This was answered by a different person than the original sender. He person basically replied with, "that's normal, just keep it up, and you'll be better in time." Then first person replied as well, and told me to "slow down, use less, space it out, change up this and that until it gets better..." and so on. The polar opposite advice seems odd to me. Then when I decided that I wanted to subscribe, the site wouldn't let me add anything to my cart, no matter what I tried. I had to reach out to customer service for help, who assured me they could just do it for me on their end. A couple days later they reached out again informing me that they actually couldn't, and that I had to try it again on my end again. And then the military discount code wouldn't work as it should have; driving another customer service engagement. We finally got it all straightened out, but given the lengthy back and forth, it took a week to place an order that should have taken minutes. And then I ran out of my sample set products before the subscription arrived (causing more skin adjustment issues), because, you guessed it, the two weeks it took to ship...
