Been using product 3 weeks, see and feel no difference. Extremely long shipping and poor customer service. Company provide returns for only 15 days but claims product take 11-12 weeks for results. So when you see no results and feel you’ve been duped, too bad, no returns. True sign of a company up to no good. I’m going to tiege Hanley

Fraudulent- avoid! The subscription promise is nothing short of absolute lies. The day & night creams are very good, the customer service and the lack of understanding of how to treat customers is amongst the worst in the world. I initially subscribed to everything. But after many months I had an allergic reaction to both the face wash and eye cream. There is no method to change what products you have as part of your subscription you can only change how often you receive the products. In addition they don’t email you before they ship so you have no opportunity to amend incorrect orders before shipping. They do accept returns but will not pay for international shipping. Given my last two shipments were sent in error by Geologie I EXPECT them to refund me. They have refused and expect me to pay for return shipment to the US. If Geologie want to sell their products globally I suggest they allow product selection from the website, email customers prior to shipping and acknowledge accountability for their errors. Reading these reviews others have had similar issues. I refuse to have 105USD taken from my account for products that give me a skin rash.

I have to say that I was skeptical at when ordering the product. I figured "how much can they really know from a couple of questions. But i figured it was worth the trial to find out, my skin has always been an oil factory (if the refineries could figure out how to make gas from skin producing oil I would be set for life!). I have tried of the shelf items that supposedly help but same result, shiny forehead and on it goes. Geologie products have it on point, they are so helpful and toward the end of my trial I said well I would like maybe this and gave some examples. Their knowledge of their product is outstanding, they suggested some changes to my regimen and told me what the possible result was! I am a huge fan of the product line, I am not skeptical any more and constantly telling people about it!

I live in Canada, so the only little tidbit I have about it was more due to the delivery time and how long from my original order it took to get to me. (But I assume that was down to boarder and customes and the whole Rona19 virus that's going on at the moment.) I'm just praying that the second batch that will be sent out to me will arrive on time as I'm running short on my first stock. Asides from that the product is brilliant and easy to use, they have clear directions on the bottles and are labelled differently so you know if it's going to be a morning face wash or an evening face wash. As well as that their website was easy to navigate and I thought it was brilliant that when you first logged, that you answer a few questions and took a 5 minute quiz to figure out what you wanted, and after that they suggested a few products to use. I know for myself as a male we want the best thing possible to use and when you answer a few questions of what you want out of the product and it gives you the best results that always awesome. With the products itself after a week of use I noticed a difference and my work collegues and friends also did too. I had remarks that I looked a lot younger and a lot fresher and more vibrant than usual. Especially in the bleak fall of Vancouver where it's usually very grey and it's constantly raining all the time, people still said that I brought a ray of sunshine to their lives. Which was very nice of them and very nice of Geologie to be my wingman.

Not having a clear way to Cancel subscription is the first. While misinforming customers (through FAQ) that there will be a clear email indicating on how much and what will be sent before charging customer, they didn't and proceeded to charge full amount and did not allow free returns as for their 'internation refund policy' states. Real disappointed and lowkey felt scammed.

Avoid the fraudulent company. I made a purchase on the website without creating an account. A month later, it charges a recurring payment of $143 on my credit card. After contact with the customer service, they gave me a Catch-22 response, saying "Be sure to register your account with us here, too, so that you can log in and make any adjustments you might need to your subscription preferences moving forward. After registering, just log in to your account and click on the "Make Changes" prompt."

Somewhat impressed. The trial set and my first 'real' order both arrived covered in some slimy goo, with no apparent leaks. Notified customer service and they insisted that it must be leaking, as they would not ship it out like that. Well neither were leaking. It took a few emails back and forth, but a wonderful agent, Tanja did understand my frustrations and offered to correct the situation. As far as the product, it seems to be helping, and feels good. I will update after using it for a while longer.

I tried to cancel my subscription in July 2021 and there was an acknowledgement from Milos, but I was still charge for another round of payment on my credit card in Sep 2021.
