I recently ordered my wedding ring from Gentlebands, I ordered a size too large (100% my fault) and emailed them about an exchange. Less than 1 week later my new ring arrived. It is the perfect size and it's perfect! Even better than the online photo. I cannot thank them enough!  their product is top of the line and service is unmatched. I ordered a beautiful men's band .I really did not think anything of it . I figured a week at the most I would have to wait to get it . I am still waiting to get it ,it is now day 13 . So far according to the tracking number that was provided it floated around new jersey for about 4 days from place to place . Then it stopped tracking for a day or two , then it was on it's way , I thought FANTASTIC!! Nope kidding it went back to New Jersey. FINALLY!! The day tracking said it would be delivered by 9pm . I waited and waited I didn't even leave my house after work just to make sure I was there to get it when it arrived. 9pm came and went nothing was delivered, and you will never guess where tracking said it was ... Jamaica. So here I am day 13 and the date is 02-27-2026 ,and about an hour ago tracking said it would be delivered today AGAIN . I will probably never order from them again with this nightmare of shipping.

Not only are Gentlebands products beautifully crafted, their customer service is outstanding. Asked for some info on a product I purchased more than a year ago and they went above and beyond to ensure I am a super happy customer. Good price for high quality designs, and the customer service is also excellent. Shout out to Sarah from the customer satisfaction team - helped me with getting the perfect size and making sure I took care of the Silver Forest ring, 10/10 service. Will definitely be getting any of my future rings from them.

The wood separated from the metal and when I emailed to request a replacement I included photos of the ring and the certificate and original packaging. They will not replace without an order number which I do not have as it was given to me by someone else. Avoid due to quality and customer service issues.

I had ordered a ring in 2021 from another website with wood and tungsten. This year it broke, so I was looking for a replacement. I ordered a ring from gentlebands that looked almost identical to his first ring. I was worried when I saw shipping from china, but it arrived looking exactly as pictured, and fit him perfectly. I don’t expect it to last forever, but I’m happy there is a lifetime warranty, incase the wood ends up separating from the ring (as his one from northern royal did).

I ordered a ring December 4th. Its now February 14th. Originally they emailed me 2 weeks after I made my order and told me it would be delayed another week or so. When that passed I emailed them and they replied with it would be another 45 days. After that passed I email again and all I would get was they were keeping an eye on the progress of my ring. I finally gave up and requested a refund.

Okay! I am giving them a 4 star rating because shipping took forever. To be honest with you I felt confident and after ordering the ring, but then I never seen any confirmation through my email regarding an order number or tracking number so then I thought this was a scam after reading manyyyy reviews. Seems fishy at first then I finally received my ring! Gentlebands.com is legit company. I love my future husbands ring! Thank you gentle bands! Sorry for doubting you.
