Excellent product! Amazing pricing and even better customer service, we would recommend 100% We had an issue with the sizing and my husband losing some weight and they solved the problem is less than 30 min, they went beyond just re sizing for free and sent a new ring in a smaller size with no need to return the original one, we are now keeping the rings as one for each of us.

I ordered the Fantasia for my partner and the ring was even prettier in person. The inscription that I requested looked amazing, and the size was exactly what we needed. We can't be more happy with the ring, and for the price, it's a lovely addition to his other prized possessions. I am not sure why others had issues with Gentlebands but I would recommend them to anyone. I just wish they had bands that are thicker and more geared for women, because I would buy one in a heartbeat!!

I have had a fantastic experience with Gentlebands. Their customer service has been second to none. I had my rings within 9 days & they both needed resizing. They replaced them within another 9 days at no extra cost. The quality is amazing and they are really comfortable to wear. I gave their details to my Celebrant to pass on to others.

I am very shocked reading some of the bad reviews more so, as they are quite recent! I'm from the UK. I ordered my first ring, The Planet, it arrived too small and to be honest it looked nothing like the picture. So I asked for the correct size, but wanted a different ring style. The customer service was second to none, very impressed!! They said keep the current ring, and let me choose another The Gavotte. The Gavotte was less, so they refunded me the difference and sent out 2: One 10.25 - UK T One 10.75 - UK U The ring is exactly as it looks in the picture!!! Just a heads up my journey took from the 26th Dec 2024 till 22nd Jan 2025 So I do not recommend using their ring sizer. Instead go to a jeweller and get your ring size! If from UK use this table: E = 2.5 F = 3 G = 3.5 H = 4 I = 4.5 J = 5 K = 6 L = 6.25 M = 6.75 N = 7.25 O = 7.75 P = 8.25 Q = 8.75 R = 9.25 S = 9.75 T = 10.25 U = 10.75 V = 11.25 W = 11.75 X = 12.25 Y = 12.75 Z = 13.25 Z+1 = 13.75 Z+2 = 14.25 Z+3 = 14.75 Z+4 = 14.5 Thank you gentlebands for an excellent service AMAZING!!!!

Hi Link, We’re thrilled that our team could assist you seamlessly with the exchange and that you’re now delighted with The Gavotte (it’s one of our favorites too!). Your feedback about the sizing discrepancy is invaluable, and we’ll certainly review our sizer tool to improve accuracy. As you wisely noted, visiting a local jeweler for sizing is always a great tip—we’ll make sure to highlight this more clearly for future customers. While we regret that the initial ring didn’t meet your expectations, we’re so grateful you gave us the opportunity to make it right. Knowing the final result left you happy is what motivates us every day. Thank you again for your trust and for championing our customer service—it means the world to us.
