This phone service is unpredictable and…
This phone service is unpredictable and unimaginable! I have experience nothing but problem and issues with this phone. Although it's free? The quality is super Bad! Need to give us better phones some of us don't have income to upgrade, but you all can improve service by issuing us better phones to start with. I'm tired of having my calls dropped in the middle of a call...just sad

To help clarify, Gen Mobile is able to offer free monthly service to qualifying customers through the federal Lifeline program. Because these plans are government-subsidized, the monthly data allotments are set by federal regulations rather than by Gen Mobile directly. That is why we are unfortunately unable to increase the data limits on free plans. Please call our Customer Care team by dialing 611 on your Gen Mobile device. My phone couldn't be used without Wifi…
My phone couldn't be used without Wifi and it eventually went completely out and wouldn't turn back on.

The service is great

My service isn’t the greatest the phone…
My service isn’t the greatest the phone that was sent barely works nobody can hear me so I can’t use phone to call only use for texting which is ridiculous
