Radiator hose split down the middle on…
Radiator hose split down the middle on 2021 Tahoe with Duramax. 50,000 miles. hose never should have split in half. Car at dealer for 2 months. says hose is not available. I found on Amazon for $18 - next day delivery. Leased vehicle - leasing company only allows GM parts. Worst issue is GM customer service would not take my complaint - i can only fill out form online. I filled it out. No response yet on complaint form except a survey asking how well they handled my call. ha ha ha. GM is a complete joke. $75k vehicle and I can’t get a 18 dollar radiator hose. Never ever ever buy a GM

This is the worst experience I've ever…
This is the worst experience I've ever had with any company. My 2022 Chevy Silverado has been down for 2 months now and all I'm being told is that the part is on backorder no ETA and the can't supply with a vehicle comparable to what I'm driving which is a full size pickup I. I've found the exact part I need to repair my truck but they won't use it because it's not from manufacturer and will void my warranty and I will have to pay for the rental I've been driving for the past month and a half.I purchased a pickup truck for work purposes and I've been losing money all summer this is by far the worst experience I've had I will never lease with Gm again I would advise you do the same horrible experience

Transmission on my brand new 2024…
Transmission on my brand new 2024 Cadillac XT5 blew and GM would only replace part. Car still not worked on after sitting in a Cadillac parking lot for weeks. Did not give any other option. No new transmission, buyback or compensation given. Communication was extremely poor as I have been without my new financed vehicle for over 6 weeks. I will NEVER purchase another GM again! Beware!!!

General motors abandona clientes de EspañaGeneral Motors abandons customers in Spain
I give one star because I can't give less, I'm from Spain, I own an HHR, and we have big problems with the supply of parts, the type of part doesn't matter, I leave Opel to take care of our cars but it's a Very expensive company, I know that GM had problems here in Spain but we customers are not to blame nor are we responsible for third parties, it's just that I bought a car approved in Germany and I have to have some covered reflectors because they are not well approved. So I wonder Is it legal for GM to leave customers without information about where to find spare parts? Do I have to sell my car, which I need because of this abandonment by GM to customers in Spain? ,,,I don't know if they would show some empathy,,,it would be great....at least providing the names of companies from which we can acquire the parts we need, since it is a real via crucis to keep my HHR from 2006 up to date .

We bought a "certified pre-owned" 2019…
We bought a "certified pre-owned" 2019 Chevy Tahoe in 2021 that had approximately 40k miles on it at the time. 2 years later we experienced transmission problems. Apparently there is a known issue with the transmission fluid overheating and the torque converter failing with these models. Tried to get the dealer to do something and they said "it's my problem". Outside of certified warranty because the vehicle has over 100k miles now on the odometer. Very frustrating that this appears to be a known issue. Terrible customer service. It's the car that my wife takes to go to her appointments at the Cleveland clinic for her cancer treatments. She picked this car because at the time we thought GM was a good manufacturer. After this experience I can honestly say we will never buy another GM product again. It makes sense to me that they were one of the first to go bankrupt in 09'...sorry to see not much has changed over the years...
