I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the service I received at Beck and Masten Buick GMC North location dealership in Houston, Texas regarding my truck. Recently, I bought a certified truck back in March 2022, since then I brought the truck 2020 Chevrolet 1500 Trail Boss LT 6 times for servicing due to safety-related issues that, unfortunately, remain unresolved. Despite my concerns about the vehicle's safety, and wanting for them to work with by replacing the vehicle, I felt pressured to continue using the truck without adequate attention or assistance from the dealership. As a customer, I expected reliable support and assistance in ensuring the safety and functionality of the vehicle, which I did not receive. The unresolved safety issues with the truck are a matter of significant concern, and I am troubled by the lack of attention and support provided by the dealership. I believe it is crucial to understand that my family and I do not feel safe on that truck after numerous reoccurring problems. My arguments with them took me nowhere, the dealership does not care about safety of not only myself and family but also other drivers on the road. I seek for different solutions that ensures the safety of my family. The dealership did not want to work with me at all, forcefully I had to make the decision to either take the same truck back or get a new one from them… I did not take either option. I decided to sell the truck back to them at a reasonable price point as the dealership did not offer me a good deal with the trade-in option, taking in mind today’s interest rates. Today, Beck and Masten Buick GMC North in Houston, TX have lost a customer and perhaps others, however, it will not face them at all. Worst customer service at this dealership. Not to mention, bad image on Buick, GMC, and overall General Motors. I will never refer anyone to Beck and Masten Buick GMC North. Beck and Masten Buick GMC North 11300 Farm to Market 1960 Rd. Ongoing problems with theXT 6 Navigation from the day one when I bought this car some time in March 2023 I have been three times already to two different dealerships for no avail. This is what happens : Turning the engine off and staying in for a while , then start up again turns the navigation to freezing To make it work again takes getting out of the car and come back after a few minutes to have the Navigation On. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT4 in January. The car has been in the shop a total of 8 times in 10 months for the same related issues. The car has a stuttering and jerking feel upon acceleration in stop and go traffic. The first time I took it in to the dealership they said they had to change out my torque convertor. Who ever heard of a torque convertor going out with 2000 miles on the car? Less than a month later it was in the shop again for the same thing. This time they said they hooked it up to one of their computers and their system said it was fine. The car isn't fine. A first year mechanic can get behind the seat of the car and tell you something's wrong with it. The car is still experiencing the same stuttering and jerking feeling and it's getting worse. I happened to look up the car on various complaint sites and all of us are experiencing the identical same issues. So how can all of us be wrong? We all got conned by Cadillac into buying this POS. I guess Cadillac and GM won't truly be happy until someone gets killed behind one of their defective vehicles. I've contacted the service department numerous times and received no help. I contacted GM directly and received no help. This is the worst POS I've ever purchased. A death trap on wheels. This was my first and will be my last Cadillac/GM Vehicle I ever buy. Extremely bad customer service and even worse vehicle. The only plus is I leased this POS and I'm not on the hook for the full purchase price.

I went to Jack Phelan Chevrolet to purchase a 2022 Chevy Malibu with 0 miles in Sept 29th of last year. I'm having check engine lights popping up, battery malfunctioning, pcv codes (P1101) & a host of other problems already. I was told to take to the dealership only to be met with $189.00 diagnostic bill for checking the problems I already knew of. I was told my power train warrant was still in affect but the test reveal it didn't meet the standard requirements. The device department guy was Obnoxious and rude. All because I was trying to get an understanding of what was going on and why my warranty didn't cover anything. I will never purchase a car from GM again!

They don't stand by their products because their product doesn't last. My Chevrolet 2020 AC started acting up since year one, then recurring every year, the AC is not blowing cold and dealerships not finding leak and the only workaround is to recharge and add up dye and it cost $650. The worst thing is GM didn’t cover the cost. Just imagine having this problem every year and cost, Car milleage is just 29k and turn only 3 years on september. I reported this to GM and didn’t do anything to cover up the cost and a plan to fix the car. Warranty is a lie and aftersales is worst!

Ordered a 2023 Camaro Convertible SS in February only to be told in June 2023 that my order did not make the cut and I would need to order a 2024 with a possible price increase and availability of what I ordered as in options. I have been trying to get information as in a ETA and nothing all this time. So then they decide to cancel the order since they can't make. GM needs to figure this out, they are loosing a customer since no one, not even my dealership had any information. I made this purchase based on all financials at the time of ordering including my trade in value. They really need to not let dealerships place orders if they can't make it.

GM's Cadillac Brand and more specifically, their High Level, highly touted - ultra expensive Escalade, is simply low quality. Cadillac states their Escalade is a "Luxury" vehicle. It's too bad that this Luxury vehicle has an engine that blows up at 5K miles and Cadillac does nothing to help customers get the issue resolved. My new 2023 Escalade Sport - blew the engine at 5K miles. Cadillac did nothing to provide me with a comparable car - the dealers did nothing either. So ~4 weeks later, I had spent ~2K on rental car fees. Cadillac said they will reimburse me - but it has been ~1 month since I provided the receipt - and still nothing from Cadillac. So a car that blows up - no help from the MFG or dealer - no sense of urgency to resolve the problem and this is all after Cadillac allows it's dealers to charge 30K over MSRP in premiums. Joke Company - horrible experience - unethical business practices.

I bought a 2019 Chevy Malibu LT and it has a little over 22K miles on it. Within the first 30 days of me having the car there's an error message that repeatedly pops up saying my car isn't in park even if it's cut off. Also my USB ports to charge my phone have shortages in them. I'm highly displeased because this is my first major vehicle purchase and I actually went to a certified Chevrolet dealer expecting to receive a durable vehicle. Thank God for the extended warranty because the fact I haven't had this car 60 days and I already have to have major maintenance done to it is ridiculous.
