This is the best medical service I have used! They were professional, caring and prompt! I was even in a different state then my home. They took care of everything seamlessly. After the fact they checked in. I would definitely recommend them. The price was very fair.

They are so very understanding and helpful by answering the questions I have. They check on me to make sure I don’t have any side effects or any questions before my appointments.

This is the second company I used for my GLP I thought I was doing fine with my other company until they refused to write my RX and they became difficult to reach. General Med has been in contact with me constantly. They are so responsive and seem so concerned with ME. I think this company might become a top med company in America!!!

Very quick and easy to use. The responses are fast and I get help with anything I need almost immediately. I had a couple hiccups but not fault of the providers. They worked with my insurance to best of their abilities. Their follow up response time and professionalism is what impressed me the most highly recommend using General medicine.

I am very happy with my experience with General Medicine. No long wait, just the doctor, on time and ready to discuss the issue. Im a big fan. I do not like going to the Dr. I mean ive always thought my time is just as important as anyone else's. So when I show up at the correct time and still have to wait an hour or more its frustrating.... It was easy to get scheduled. I had my RX the next day. They are the best option for minor issues that still need a doctor's appointment. I highly recommend them.

These guys are by far the best online medical option for telehealth needs. The doctors are amazing and make you feel like you’re important to them when you discuss medical issues. Well explained on everything you need.

General medicine was great. The doctor that was assigned to me was more than great. He was thorough complete and very explanatory. I would use them again in a minute. In fact I will use them again. I feel very secure with general medicine.

My experience was very quick and easy. They were very clear and concise in helping me get set up for a sleep analysis and promptly responded when I had questions.
