When I signed up I chose the $30 option for the visits with the doctor and it ended up $100. Secondly I had to have labs and I have insurance but the fee for labs went to $160 that I had to pay with insurance My insurance would have paid almost all of the fee, so I chose no insurance and fee was $100 ?? and I had to pay $54.00 - Doesn't make sense to charge me more using my insurnace.

My first visit was quick and easy. Somehow now that I need a follow up appointment it keeps getting delayed. That makes things a little difficult.

I had an appointment today and the doctor said that I would receive a link to my "care plan" to enter my pharmacy. I did not get a link during the call. When I asked for clarity the dr said the same place where I got the link to upload my photos. She signed off even as I expressing concern that I didn't have a way to access my link. I waited 10 minutes and nothing came to email, online, account, text and the "window" to my zoom already closed. After posting a review here my plan was shared with me (a little over an hour after my appointment) I was then able to select my pharmacy. About 20 minutes later they updated that my scripts had been sent, but it was another half hour until my pharmacy confirmed they received the script. I would have gladly given them that info when I booked the appointment at 7am. If the doctor would have set an expectation that it would be an hour to get a care plan and link I wouldn't have been as concerned. Better communication needed, lots of undue stress.
