I had been getting RX for GLP-1 through another online platform, and it truly felt so impersonal that when I had an issue they just stopped talking to me. It was horrible. I feel so heard and actually taken care of with General Medicine. The doctors listen and respond thoughtfully. And the app and referrals for labs worked seamlessly. There was even a check-in from the provider after I got my prescription. This truly feels every bit as personal as seeing a doc in person, with the added advantage of the convenience of online. Love it so much.

Well im new to this type of service, at the same time had a horrible experience the old fashion way. Not going to lie, a little nervous about seeing a different medical provider each time, but they were prepared during our discussions. Everytime very professional, I felt very comfortable with each provider I came in contact with. My only negative comment, i wish i had a little more discussion on how to navigate thru the portal.

The people I have worked with here could not have been more helpful. You can ask them any question and they will get back to you always as soon as they can, and they have watched me carefully.
