I liked the provider. She was very helpful and pleasant. But I do not appreciate being notified every couple of days to make a follow up appointment especially when i haven’t started to taking Wegovy. Its very annoying to me. I understand that there are patients that do appreciate these types of notifications. Its just not for me.

I am on a chronic medication that I have been getting prescribed yearly. They would only prescribe a 90 day supply. Having to have an appointment every 90 days for a chronic medication doesn’t work for me. I had told them prior to the visit I wanted refills for one year. They didn’t let me know until after the visit they would only prescribe for 90 days. If I had known that I would have gone elsewhere. Then, they kept messaging me to select a pharmacy. Amazon Pharmacy was not on their list, so I provided web address, physical address, phone and fax numbers. More requests to select a pharmacy came in over the next couple of days. This whole process was very inconvenient, and played out over three days.
