It’s so quick and easy. Even when they require lab work it’s extremely straight forward and user-friendly. I needed prior Auth for the medication I requested and even that went smoothly. Was approved in less than 4 days! Amazing service and didn’t even have to do a video call. Would be even better if there was an app.

It’s really easy to request a visit. Visit was scheduled within half a day. Forms are very user friendly. Common meds are already built in. Drs are very knowledgeable and professional. Labs were already ordered. Medications were done. Apps with specialist were scheduled so quickly. Follow ups scheduled without problem. Thank you, I wouldn’t have been able to get that done so quickly. I recommend them very highly.

After almost ten years, I finally had a doctor who listened and put me on the right medication! I have seen multiple cardiologists and GP's, and she listened and it took one little tweak, and now my BP is considered excellent. I trust them completely!!!

They were amazing. I was given a diagnosis by a doctor with no real explanation of what it meant and how to handle it. I saw General Medicine and booked an appointment for the next day. They were able to answer my questions and give me advice on what next steps I needed to take. In the meantime I still haven't heard from the original doctor about coming for a followup.
