The Doctor was awesome, she really took her time understanding my issue. Her bedside manner reached through the telehealth appointment. Prescriptions were sent fast and the website was simple to use. I highly recommend.

Dr. Katie Lee at General medicine has been wonderful. Even though I originally reached out for a doctors note for missing work due to illness, Dr. Lee checked on me multiple times to see how I was recovering. Really appreciate the care! ❤️

This was by FAR the easiest telemedicine service I've ever used. I got my medicine approximately 2 hours after signing up... the appointment was flawless and my medicine sent right to pharmacy electronically so that was no wait. love the service!

It was truly a great experience was able to get all of what I needed promptly. Excellent follow up all throughout the process and even afterwards they really do all the legwork would 100% recommend.

The overall experience was good, the consultation video call was great with Dr. Daniel McConnell. He was very informative and able to help me choose a proper dose and medication that would work for my lifestyle. He took the time to actually listen to the issues and explained what I needed to know about the situation.

Excellent service, especially when you don’t have insurance or a primary care doctor.
