General medicine helped me with essential prescriptions refills. Medication that if I miss a dose I will have serious side effects. I am in between doctors.

I joined GM and filled out my initial information and health history forms, and scheduled a televisit with a doctor, but changed my mind about using weight loss drugs. When I went to the GM website to try and cancel my membership, I found no easy or clear way to cancel. I've emailed them several times asking for a cancellation but have heard nothing back. They charged my Visa for the televisit, even though it never took place. Very frustrating.

The process was simple and payment options were amazing

So far, General Medicine has cut down the time I was going to have to wait to get necessary procedures, significantly. I was skeptical at first but they are really on top of it

The process was easy. The doctor was caring, professional and thorough. I highly recommend.

I had an emergency situation and I was able to schedule my virtual appointment within hours and my RX was sent directly to my local Pharmacy. This is how healthcare should be. I highly recommend. Oh and I paid everything OOP for less than my copays.
