i’ve had a great experience with general medicine. i’ve talked to two doctors and their support team has been incredibly helpful sending my prescriptions to other pharmacies.

The ease of use was impeccable and staff were attentive.

I was unable to get an appointment with my doctor for a refill on my SSRI and began to panic because I needed a refill ASAP. I found General Medicine online and got to talk to a nurse practitioner who gave me a same day refill. They were quick to respond and got me a 90 day refill. I’m so thankful they were able to help me. I would recommend them to anyone in need of an emergency refill!

The doctor listened to my needs and prescribed a needed medicine. A PA was required and the team was very helpful in getting all paperwork completed and submitted within a couple hours of the request. There has also been great follow up to make sure the prescription is the right fit.

From the moment my call with Dr. Pam Kasenetz started she made me feel very comfortable. She listened to my concerns and addressed each of them with care. I felt heard and appreciated. They were able to obtain all my health information which made it easier for me to address my health concerns with her. 10/10 recommend!
