This is a great service for elderly patient. I like the convenience of tele medicine Having taken care of five elderly family members in their twilight I learned a lot aboutsny medical issues. This service allows me to apply the knowledge I have with my own diagnosis in a clear fashion and have a real conversation with a medical professional on treatment plans.

General Medicine saved us when we were suffering from a terrible stomach bug. We were able to get the meds we needed quickly without having to go to a doctor’s office, which felt impossible given the symptoms. So grateful!

Great deal and service. I travel a lot and my insurance only provides coverage in my home state. For the same price as my copay at home I can get treatment anywhere via chat. Much easier than an in person visit. They got the prescriptions right to my closest pharmacy, answered all my questions, and luckily my insurance works at pharmacies nationwide despite not working at doctor offices nationwide.
