I was having a hard time with piercings that I got several months ago. I was getting irritation bumps and any small movement of the piercings was uncomfortable. I didn’t want to remove the piercings and wanted to seek guidance on recommendations and what could be done to rectify the irritation bumps and discomfort I was feeling. I came across general medicine and I’m really glad that I did! I was able to speak with a doctor about what I’ve been experiencing and he prescribed a medication that I could apply to my ear to reduce my symptoms and concerns. And it did just that! Though the bumps aren’t completely gone - my discomfort is gone and the bumps have significantly reduced in size. I’m happy with the results and how attentive the doctor was to my concerns.

After struggling with some issues for ages and getting written off by in-person doctors (and wasting a ton of $$$) I made a text appointment after a particularly rough morning, and by the end of the day I had labs scheduled for things that all my previous doctors had neglected to test for. All done over text so I didn’t have to take any time off of work! The same day! It was incredible. Same with the follow up appointment, as soon as my lab results came in I scheduled an appointment and got one that same day. My mind was blown. The Dr. I was given was so nice and actually listened to me, and didn’t just tell me to try low FODMAP and go on my way. She wrote me a prescription and it was that easy. The pricing is upfront and cheaper than what I was paying at traditional practices, even with insurance. Honestly not a bad thing to say, they don’t make you sign up to any subscriptions or anything scammy like that, it almost seems to be too good to be true. Will be using them for the foreseeable future.

The doctor was very knowledgeable, examined the bite thoroughly, and answered all of my questions with empathy and kindness. They quickly assessed my tick bite, prescribed the appropriate medication, and I was seen promptly. I really appreciated how efficient and thorough the whole visit was.

I had an appointment today and the doctor said that I would receive a link to my "care plan" to enter my pharmacy. I did not get a link during the call. When I asked for clarity the dr said the same place where I got the link to upload my photos. She signed off even as I expressing concern that I didn't have a way to access my link. I waited 10 minutes and nothing came to email, online, account, text and the "window" to my zoom already closed. After posting a review here my plan was shared with me (a little over an hour after my appointment) I was then able to select my pharmacy. About 20 minutes later they updated that my scripts had been sent, but it was another half hour until my pharmacy confirmed they received the script. I would have gladly given them that info when I booked the appointment at 7am. If the doctor would have set an expectation that it would be an hour to get a care plan and link I wouldn't have been as concerned. Better communication needed, lots of undue stress.

I’ve had the best experience with this doctor than with my family doctor. Hate to say it but it’s very true. You reach out to them for anything that you’re going through and they attend to you right away. Never leave your side the whole time. Please give them a try. You will thank me later.
