It was more than I expected. I have used other sites for getting meds refilled but the Dr took time and suggested changes and really listened to what I had to say. I will now use them as my primary. Was a better then expected experience for sure

Needed new prescription for thyroid, and my doctor retired after 26 years and having to find a new doctor in a new county, which I moved to, new doctors are 6 months out. Being able to FaceTime and text anytime , with a doctor is much easier , fast and convenient . I think this is the way to go, in this new century

Well they gave me what I needed, I had run out of my medication and to put it simple, I found them online, gave them the necessary information they asked for and they filled my prescriptions, I'm very grateful for them, they gave me no hassle and I would definitely use them again.

The physician was very knowledgeable and attentive even though it was by video chat.

I had never used this telehealth company before. Completed the questionnaire and requested a chat visit. I was assigned a time 3 hours in advance and that was it. I didn’t hear anything else. No contact from a provider. Calling the support number goes directly to voicemail with a response time of 4 hours. I asked for a refund. No response. They asked to reschedule. How do you reschedule a chat? No response to that either. Disputed the charge with my cc. This is healthcare in America. 😔
