General Medicine is an outstanding group of concerned care providers that are intensely focused on being the tip of the spear with fulfillment. Even though I had a provider tell me she was not willing to fill a prescription, General stepped out and contacted me and provided what I was in great need for. I highly recommend General with Telehealth needs.

Very satisfied, no complaints. All efforts are made. I have instant access to members of the general office via text. I can schedule appointments as often as I’d like for a consistent price. Super convenient for people who can’t take off to visit a doctor. They’ve filled my prescriptions, created referrals for me, sent super detailed care plans, and sent me for labs which I could see the results of on the website. The other really cool thing is I’ve seen two different MDs. I’m used to NPs, but the last one I had, in person elsewhere, gave me a lot of trouble, and my ER nurse mother-in-law has consistently said to just get a PA or MD, no NPs, so I found the MD presence SUPER impressive, especially considering the low co-pays for the visits. One of the MDs I spoke to really knew her stuff and made me feel safe and heard. The other said the same things as a GI i saw years ago, although with my own research, it turned out to be… a bit inaccurate. The good news, though, is that you can change your doctors there just as quickly as you can therapists at Better Help. You’ll find the perfect fit doctor for you, and always remember, share what you know and have learned with the doctors, let them do their job, but we’re all human

Waste of time and money. Their provider wouldn't even prescribe a different formulation at the exact same dosage I'm already taking for a *blood pressure* medication.
