So helpful and in such a prompt time frame when I needed help Most (and when a lot of other “services” out there couldn’t help). Highly recommended not only for staff professionalism and efficiency but for cost as well. I will for sure be going this route going forward - you will not be disappointed and will save yourself a lot of headache attempting to go through other sources who give You the run around

The physician was very kind, and I appreciate he didn’t jump to prescribe me a bunch of medications. He gave me the script w the option of filling it only if my symptoms got worse. Greatly appreciated that guidance. Physician was emphatic and actually made eye contact with you unlike my experience with other telehealth doctors. Also appreciated the text follow up on how I was feeling and if I needed any follow up. Felt like more than just a patient number. Great experience with you guys!

In the past I’ve struggled getting seen by healthcare professionals due to it being expensive. I’ve had a few bills that have come from General medicine that were a bit more than the initial price shown. After bringing it to their attention, they let me know that they’ll always be as transparent as possible with their billing and that they would honor the price I was initially shown. Respect to the company for showing integrity. Also very happy with the MD I was able to speak with and how they created a plan to help me.

I had a great experience with General Medicine. They were very easy to talk to, listened to my concerna, and acted quickly when I needed help. I was down to only 5 tablets of my prescription and because I have hyperhidros, I can't function normally in my daily activities without it especially work. They understood the urgency right away and didn't make me feel judged or rushed. Their fast response and willingness to help made a huge difference for me. I really appreciate how efficient and supportive they were. I feel genuinely cared for and I'm grateful how smoothly everything was handled.

Thank you Dr. Patel for the excellent service. The detail explanation, treatment and next steps put me at ease. The treatment for my condition is coming along great! The inflammation and white bumps are gone already. Looking forward to showing and sharing the results during the follow up in a few weeks.

Had a great experience with General Med. I had a horrific infection from a piercing and was able to get meds quicker than from my doctors office. They texted and helped when the pharmacy was having technical problems. So I didn’t have to wait hours to get help from someone. Very easy and accessible.
