As someone who lives in a rural area with less access to specialists and general medicine options, I am really thankful to be able to use General Medicine. The provider I am working with is extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and the scheduling options are excellent. When I have a question, my concerns are addressed within a reasonable timeframe and I was able to accomplish all of my care goals with ease. Truly thankful I discovered this service and intend on utilizing them when possible. Thank you!

The doctor arrived right on time. She was professional and kind. She asked a lot questions about my health and answered questions as well. I’m very impressed.

I was honestly super skeptical about this service but wow they exceeded my expectations. My personal experience is 5/5 not a negative thing to say. I did a chat with Dr. McConnell and within 15 minutes my problems were solved and I had a whole care plan laid out for me. I am blown away truly. This may just be the future of healthcare. Now this is just my personal experience and I wouldn't consider my problems to be extremely sensitive and convoluded or special, however if you do have a very intricate health past and care I would still give them a shot. I truly do believe they will be able to help you out or put you on the quickest path to getting help. Thank you all who are involved with this service, you are making the lives of introverts 10x easier!

Quick set up of appointment. Dr. was on time and I appreciated her throughness in reviewing my response and why I made the appointment. I hope I don’t have to make another appointment. But it’s nice to know I will be well taken care of if I do.

I love the doctors over at General Medicine. They are prompt & very personable as well. I can get an appointment at just about any time of the day, so if I had other plans they are not being interrupted.

I am very happy with the service I received. It was very easy, convenient, and fast. I was able to get my chat visit and prescriptions very quickly! I will definitely try this again if the need arises, and I’ll recommend this to others.
