Ich habe inzwischen mehrere PCs von Geekom gekauft und nun den A9 Max HX 470, das Gerät ist top ausgestattet und perfekt für meinen Einsatzzweck (32 GB RAM + 2 TB SSD). Der Kundenservice und die Kommunikation lassen jedoch Luft nach oben. Für ein Gerät im oberen Preissegment erwarte ich klare Informationen zur jeweiligen Konfiguration bei Lieferung. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Kundendienst sollte das Gerät als „Single-Modul-Bestückung“ geliefert werden, damit wollte ich den vorhandenen Speicher von 32 GB mit einem zusätzlichen 32-GB-RAM-Riegel nutzen kann, den ich bereits besitze. In verschiedenen Foren wurde dies ebenfalls so kommuniziert. Offensichtlich wusste Geekom vorher nicht, mit welcher Modul-Bestückung der MiniPC geliefert wird, was für Verwirrung sorgt. Auf meine Nachfrage nach einer kundenfreundlichen Lösung habe ich nur eine lapidare Antwort erhalten – kein konstruktiver Dialog, kein Entgegenkommen. Eine erneute Nachfrage blieb unbeantwortet! So fühlt es sich an, als würde der Kunde im Regen stehen gelassen. Insgesamt 3 von 5 Sternen. Das Produkt überzeugt, der Service muss aber deutlich besser werden. ----------------------------------------------------- Update vom 08.10.26: Nach Rückmeldung von Geekom habe ich die Informationennauf zwei verschiedenen Wegen der Firma zukommen lassen. Trotz der Zusage des Kundenservice, den Fall „unverzüglich zu prüfen und eine gute Lösung für mich zu finden“, habe ich keine weitere Rückmeldung erhalten. Dieser Umgang ist enttäuschend und alles andere als kundenfreundlich.

Price was competitive and no delays in deliveries. I don't always require my stuff to arrive the next day. And now that I've had my mini PC for roughly a week now, I'm extremely happy with it. Performance and ease of use has made the whole process seamless.

The ordering was easy and quick. My order showed up on time and was packaged well. I had ordered two items, but I was unaware that they would be delivered separately.
