Received the notebook a day earlier than expected and everything works well. Although the intel core 9 processor is 2 generation older than the most recent processor, the price is about 50% as compare to other competition makes this Notebook a great find. So far, I was not able to find another competition with the similar spec at this pricing range. Lastly, the net weight of this notebook, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD plus Window Pro makes this notebook a great buy!

I received the wrong item. It was not the mini pc that I ordered. My order was changed by someone at GEEKOM and I was sent A8 MAX Mini PC instead of the A8 Pro that I ordered. This was done without a notification to me or to anyone in Customer Support. This issue was sent to the Escalation Team on 9/30/2026 under Case # 344592 and I am waiting for that team to contact me and resolve this issue.

Leptop took a while to ship. When I received it, I notice it was warped so not sitting flat on the desk. Left click on touchpad is not working properly, you have to press it hard. Customer support response is slow.
