GEEKOM support is fantastic!
Based on recommendations from my geeky ham radio friends, I decided to upgrade my main computer with a GEEKOM mini IT12. In my hurry, I botched the order by accidentally ordering two computers instead of one. I sent a message to GEEKOM customer support, which was answered in real time by Peter. Peter immediately understood the problem I had created for myself. He confirmed what I had wanted to happen, and took every step necessary to correct the order and billing. He kept me informed of every step in the process as it happened, exceeding expectations at every turn. When the PC was delivered, sooner than promised, my good experience continued. The carefully packed mini PC is a solid, quiet, fast technical marvel that lives up to its description and reputation.
