Unresolved order, no delivery and no refund

I purchased a mini PC from Geekom (order number: ES86741). After many weeks, I never received the product, nor did I get any refund. I contacted Geekom several times through their official support channels and chat, attaching proof of payment and all requested details. Responses were vague, and despite my repeated attempts, no solution or clarification was offered. The attached chat record demonstrates my continuous efforts to resolve the issue directly with Geekom. I urge future customers to be cautious and check recent negative experiences before purchasing. If I do not get a response or resolution in the next few days, I intend to report the case to consumer protection organizations, my bank, and the authorities.

A8 Micro PC excellent device & support
Ordered (2024/10/29) A8 Micro PC from Geekom, quick delivery, excellent PC performance. After a Microsoft Windows update this year (2025/10) the unit would not boot into Windows. Contacted Geekom support, advice and help was immediate 👍. Now have working A8 Micro PC again. Great company

The whole service from order to was first class
The whole service from order to delivery was excellent they sent my order on time and well packaged. Everything was in the box just as advertised. My wife was amazed how easy it was to set up following the on screen instruction. and once on the internet the Lan worked and the wifi was blazingly fast. It was very quick and quite with no over heating. 4 K video worked fine. An excellent buy and service.
