I think I’ve been ripped off by this company. There is NO tracking available for my item. Supposedly checking with the fulfillment center etc etc Not one on answer since the charge went through on my credit card. I’m filing a claim with the BBB.

EDIT (6/27/2024): After I had my 4th phone call with their customer service person yesterday, I have today received a REFUND of the entire amount that was charged to my PayPal account and it is being processed by my bank. I am grateful that this company made this right with me. However, with all the complaints I see out there, everyone needs to be extra vigilant when doing any online ordering, especially with this website. Look over the order page like a hawk and make sure there is nothing hiding. So I take back my statement that this is a SCAM company. I also give 3 stars instead of one. Original review: Ordered one small pair of reading glasses for $8.99 on May 17th and one month later on June 16th they have charged my PayPal for $59.99 for a "Rewards" subscription that I supposedly purchased at the same time, but was not spelled out on any materials. PayPal refuses to reverse the transaction.

Scam website. I ordered a single item online 14 May. Then a month later they stole $59.99 USD from my credit card for a supposedly reward program subscription that I did not sign up to or authorise. The fraudulently set up an automatic debit on this card, which I’ve had to cancel with the bank. The shopping cart at time of purchase did not display the reward program nor amount or frequency of direct debit. There was no email confirmation to me of being signed up to a subscription and no terms & conditions provided. This company is conducting deceptive and fraudulent activities. Do Not Purchase from Them!

Don’t expect speedy shipping. They advertise 1-3 business days shipping time. After two weeks of not receiving notification of my order being shipped, I called to find out purchased items were on back order. I’m very disappointed!

Their selection of scarves is fabulous. Got a few in different colors, and they’re all soft and beautiful. The package arrived sooner than expected, which was great.
