I purchased a refrigerator on July 8,2022 and received it on July 27th, one week after, the fridge started to make ice at the back, I called GE and they sent a repair man who said that the fan in the fridge is defective and they would have to orderva fan, 4 weeks after not hearing back from them, I called them, they came and replaced the fan. 2 days later it got worst, I called back GE and today is September 23rd and I am still waiting for someone to call me back. I am so frustrated, all my fruits and vegetables are frozen in the fridge. Please do not buy a GE fridge. This company has the worst customer service department.

I bought a brand new GE washer and dryer July4th 2021.Within 6 months I had to have the latch replaced. Today August 30th I went to put clothes in the dryer only to find that my washer will not spin. I tried to restart the machine and it will not fill. I am so unhappy with this purchase due to it breaking twice in a year and a month. It has almost cost me as much to fix this machine as it cost to buy new. Not a happy customer

Horrible from the start. My electric range burner disfigured in first use boiling water. 3 months later I am still waiting for replacement or service. Gave up. Utter crap.

Angel came and fixed my dryer, and didn’t charge me labor costs because it was a simple fix. Good service!

Today I talked to 2 customer service representatives; Angelique and Mari. They were two of the BEST I ever talked to. SO KIND, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND HELPFUL! I AM SO THANKFUL FOR THEIR HELP TODAY! G.E. SHOULD BE HONORED TO HAVE THOSE TWO LADIES FOR EMPLOYEES!!!!! PENNY MADDOX SMITH/BETTY MADDOX

We purchased all GE kitchen appliances when we remodeled our kitchen on August 11 2018. The appliances were a refrigerator, dish washer, stove, hood vent fan and a microwave . We have since had to replace 3 of them and now are awaiting parts to repair the refrigerator. These appliances did not last 4 years . The vent hood was so loud.. it sounded like a jet engine. You could not hear in the kitchen.. so we replaced it. Next the microwave broke. The turn table snaped off and rendered the microwave , unusable becasue there was no where for the dish to sit. Then the stove oven temperature would change from one temp to another..It never was consistent and ruined many food items .. There was noway to adjust the temp so it would stay as set correctly Lastly .. the refrigerator is broken. The fan motor died .We are waiting on parts to repair it. However we lost the contents of the refrigerator. WE ARE VERY DISAPOINTED IN YOUR PRODUCTS, WE PAID ALOT OF MONEY FOR ALL OF THEM. We had to incur the cost of not only your faulty products but the cost to replace them. WE THOUGHT WE WOULD NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE THESE ITEMS EVER AGAIN WHEN WE REMODELED OUR KITCHEN. GE has been the worst company that I have ever dealt with. A technician has been out 2 times and my stove is still not fixed. The last time he broke the latch on my oven and then was rescheduled to come out a week ago and they cancelled my appointment the day before. My oven lights have been on now for 3 weeks due to the technician breaking the latch on my oven and my burner still does not light. I rescheduled for today online since GE was saying that they couldn't come out for 3 more weeks but yet there was availability online. The dispatcher just called, her name was Laverne and was literally screaming at me because I rescheduled and then she cancelled my appointment yet again. Do NOT buy from GE!!!!!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. We called them to schedule them to come out to take a look at our useless brand new dryer that we bought for them and the person we spoke to was very incompetent because she switched the last numbers of our phone number AND address even after we had her repeat the phone number back to us. We got an email from them to confirm and everything. Well they didn't show because they couldn't reach us at the phone number they had. They could've emailed us at least to let us know and we could've called and confirm. Now we have to wait another week with no dryer.
