Literally horrible shoes
Literally horrible shoes, zero support or cushion, and look cheap AF compared to the advertisements. They aren't worth $20, and the sizes are kludgy at best. My 13's look more like 10.5 or 11's, and there is literally no sole or cushioning. You are better off going barefoot. Basically, the ads are all complete BS, and the "genuine leather" looks more like leatherette in real life. Run don't walk !!! This is a complete scam job.

Poor Quality and Wrong Size
Shoes took forever to get to me. Shoe string on brown pair ripped out of side of shoe (poor quality). Black pair are too small. I ordered both at same time with same size. I want my money back and return these shoes.

Lesson learned, run away from this company
I ordered a pair of mens shoes advertised as orthopedic and made of leather. After more than a month, the shoes arrived and were neither orthopedic or leather. I returned them at my expense after jumping through several hoops. They give you many steps to take to insure the delivery. Previous to the arrival of the shoes I started a dispute with credit card company for not receiving shoes in a timely manner. I received my refund minus the shipping. Next time I will research the seller before ordering.

One of the two pairs of shoes was…
One of the two pairs of shoes was defective, and I would like a refund. Not another pair, just to send the defective pair back and have a refund, and there has been no answer.

Look great - poor quality
DO NOT BUY! The shoes look great, however after only 4 or 5 wears the sole (which felt thin, to begin with) provides less protection/support/anything than a pair of sliders/flip flops! I've contacted customer care, who have rolled out the 30-days policy that others seem to have received... so no joy there. Also, my negative Facebook comment was deleted, which tells you all you need to know. Luckily the company cannot delete messages on here... although it seems they flood the page with fake positive comments. It's a real shame, as I think the shoes do look good!

DO NOT BUY!
DO NOT BUY! saw an advertisement on Facebook for some shoes from Gatsby Shoes. I then purchased a pair in Australian dollars. They were shipped from the US on 12 December and arrived a couple of weeks later. I started wearing them after the Christmas break and since then I have worn them three times. On the third wear the upper started coming apart from the sole. I have contacted them and they claim that they have a 30 days of receipt warranty and because the purchase is now outside that window, they will not replace or refund. I have now contacted NSW Fair Trading as this is against Australian consumer law. The fact that they are outside of Australia is irrelevant.
