Nice shoes, but seem cheaply made. Not sure how long they will last.

I have yet to receive my shoes. I place the order way back in Jan and I received notification that they were delivered to my mailbox but when I went to get the parcel it was not there. I have been trying for over two weeks to get this resolved. So my experience thus far has not been good. Waiting to hear from your Fulfilment Team

Purchased a pair of Gatsby shoes, wore a maximum of 10 times within a couple of months and found that the upper part of the shoe was detaching from the sole, so falling apart. I contacted Gatsby's customer service to complain and was advised that they only provide a 30 day guarantee on their products (i wonder why??) and i was out of that period. However, they offered a 30% discount if i wanted to buy another pair of shoes to resolve the problem! So, they clearly know their product sub-standard by only providing a 30 day guaranteed and then expect you to repurchase again, although with a discount. Absolutely awful product and worse service. I wish i had paid more attention to the reviews before buying and hopefully people will read my review and stay well clear!

Scam Site. Doesn't matter what size you add to the cart all you get is size 6 shoe and small shirt. Emailed support to get a replacement and they want to charge me for their bad site or give me 30% refund and keep the shoes. SCAM SCAM SCAM!. Reporting to BBB and their site to FCC.

Less impressed with the shoes. I only had them a few days before the bottom started to come off. The color didn't match what I requested and I did not receive my gel inserts that I purchased extra. Wastes my money basically for them to go into the trash. The shipping was super slow as expected.

The shoes arrived and were extremely tight on both sides. VERY narrow shoes. When I contacted them for a return, they provided back an overly complicated set of instructions under threat that the return will not be accepted if they are not followed to the letter. Additionally, they do not refund anything but the shoes themselves and everything elser remains at your cost. Thus, you're going to be out most of your money if you try and return them. Additionally, if you try to sell them, I fear now from the other reviews that they are going to fall apart quickly and now the buyer will be contacting ME about the issue. Thus, I supposed the most economic decision here is just to throw them right in the garbage or donate them to someone who would rather have those than nothing.

Hi Brian, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you may have experienced regarding your frustrating experience with the shoes and the return process. This falls far short of the standards we aim to uphold for our customers. Regarding the fit of the shoes and concerns about their durability, I completely understand your hesitation. We take quality control seriously, and we'll investigate this matter further to prevent similar occurrences. After further review, we managed to issue a 30% refund back to your account even if you are no longer in contact with us. I hope this clears things out. If there's anything specific I can do to assist you further or if you have any additional feedback, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to making this right for you.
