Shoes are made of low-quality materials and do not reflect the appearances on the web site. As well, there is no arch support even though they claim to be orthopedic. Lost 10% for restocking. DO NOT PURCHASE. NOT WORTH IT.

These shoes are junk
These shoes are junk. The eyelet ripped through when I was lacing them for the first time. I hadn't even put them on yet. I called the Ohio phone number and they told me to use email. No response for my refund/satisfaction guarantee. This is Chinese company selling dollar store footwear for $85 CDN. The company is a rip off and a scam. Shopify has more 1 star complaints than the 2-5 star reviews COMBINED. Shopify is guilty of promoting a crappy company with questionable business practices. Stay very far away from Gatsby Shoes and NEVER but anything off Instagram advertising.

Same bad experience
Same bad experience. Shoes arrive 3 weeks later after order. No foot support whatsoever, hard thin soles with minimal cushioning, not sure it is actual leather, made in china and quality reflects it. Tried to return but was told had to pay for shipping, and minus a 10% restocking fee, or I could get a 30% refund. Decided to take the 30% back and keep the shoes. At least I got something out of the whole ordeal. Had I returned them, I would be out about $30+ with nothing to show for, and they would just have sold them to some one else at the same $69.95 I paid for. Customer support was quick to respond tho, got refund within 2 days of attempting to return shoes. But overall, stay away from these shoes/company.
