This company is a disgrace!
I received my shoes only to discover that they were not my size. I requested a return only to be told that this was not possible and that the best cash refund I could hope for would be 30% even though the fault with the order was not mine! This is totally unfair and probably quite unlawful! Tomorrow I shall contact Trading Standards to file an official complaint and in the days that follow I’ll start leaving reviews wherever I can, detailing my experience!
