Amazing shoes…..I get many compliments on them!!!

Truly a little disappointed. Shoes are a little narrow considering they are sold as wide. In addition there is very little cushion to them even though they are advertised as comfortable. EDIT!!! Apparently this is the only way to reply to you. I'm not sure how you reached out to me but I never received any communication from you until I received notice of your current reply here. Did you not notice that this event occurred nearly two years ago????

Great product. This is my second purchase. Service, support and delivery cannot be faulted, though a little longer than expected. I do have another order at the moment.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE......their returns policy is outrageous. You have to ship from the UK to USA...they will not give you an address in England. The cost of postage is about £25!! NEVER deal with this firm...it is a scam!!!!!

This is a not a real company, but a single person (most likely) doing Drop Shipping. These products are sold from China. "Gatsby Shoes" are just a middleman placing the orders for much higher than they purchase it for and make profit. You can find these products on Ali Baba or Ali Express pretty easily. While this isn't illegal, it's misleading. I myself fell for the shoddily made Shopify site and made a purchase but immediately cancelled it as red flags started to go off. Luckily, I got a refund, but they kept £2 for themselves for unknown reasons.
