Avoid this company!! I ordered size 12 shoes and they sent me size 6. I returned the shoes and requested a cash refund. Instead of cash they sent me a size 12 and said that was what I requested. They refused to hear otherwise and said that I didn’t reject the exchange. TERRIBLE customer service. Shoes come from China and customer service is in Utah. I will never make a purchase with Gatsby Shows and advise others to avoid them also!!

Got 2 pairs, brown and black. Both pairs are really nice looking and are extremelly comfortable.

All good. Great comfy shoes. Bought all three colours. So all in all, a great experience of shopping for style.

Saw orthopedic shoes on line. Ordered one pair to start. They arrived in very reasonable time frame and I love them. Hence I ordered a second pair using the gracious coupon sent with the first pair. The shoes are very comfortable even with my hammer toes and bunion! I am receiving compliments on their looks everyday and have made numerous recommendations for others to get them. Love the shoes look and build. Not terribly happy with exchange or delivery. I normally wear 10 1/2 3E. I ordered this and quite awhile later after weird tracking from China they arrived. Too big so I asked to exchange. I had to package and pay freight to Utah and wait a couple weeks for them to receive and acknowledge- at which point they placed order for 10 3E. They fit perfect and look great but again tracking from China not knowing when they would arrive was different than all eCommerce I have experienced as of late.

Ordered a shoe for my husband for a wedding we attended. I asked in an email whether the shoes was true to size or if they ran small. I was told they were true to size. Of course when my husband and got his shoes they were too small. Had to return and get the bigger size, and the show did not make it back before the wedding. All that said, my hubby loves the shoes. He got a ton of compliments on them at church. He said they are not the most comfortable (they grab a little bit on the sides) but he is taking more time to break them in a bit. He really likes them and they are sharp on his feet. He got the blue and black, so he wore them with a charcoal suit, blue shirt and blue and black tie. He was clean as the Board of Health in the shoes!
