The worst shoes i have ever purchased. Uncomfortable, narrow and no flex. Then there is the customer service, or should i say lack of. If I wanted to return them i had to pay shipping, more then the shoes themselves! Save your money and do not buy any pair or Gatsby shoes!

The shoes are fine, they fit well. But the two-toned color of Blue/Black is what I needed, based on the pictures in your advertisements and postings on social media, that's the two-toned look i was looking for and wanted. When my shoes arrived they are almost completely black. I can tell a hint of dark blue; but it's not the bright sky blue type of blue I needed. I corresponded via email with Customer Service agent Eva Cortez, who basically couldn't help me, except to say send the shoes back. That's too much hassle so I'll just keep them. But I am disappointed that the blue color as shown in your ads is not present on my shoes; my shoes are almost completely confluent black. Oh well. Thank you, James Baker

SHIPPING TIME WAS REASONABLE. PACKAGING WAS PRETTU BANGED UP WHEN IT ARRIVED BUT NO DAMAGE TO THE SHOES. SHOES LOOK GOOD AND WERE COMFORTABLE. I EXPECTED A MORE CUSHIONY INSOLE AND ARCH SUPPORT.

I love my Gatsby shoes. They look like a stylish shoe, but feel like a sneaker. I never received a compliment on my foot attire until I started wearing Gatsby shoes. I initially purchased 1 pair in black, and already ordered 2 new pairs in other colors. Also worth noting, I have a very wide foot (Triple E), and most shoes never feel right, but I purchased my Gatsby shoes in "Wide", and they fit perfectly. I highly recommend them.

I love the shoe design. I bought them immediately and I was happy with them when I got them. They aren't very comfortable, but not exactly uncomfortable either. However, after wearing them 5 or 6 times the sole ripped off the shoe. Buyer Beware!!!

Received my shoes in an except-able time, comfortable and stylish.

There was no communication with the company. I couldn't find where to view or track my order. There was no interface that I could find to get any information. And when I ordered I had no idea they were coming all the way from China. I do love the shoes and they fit great.
