Restocking Fee even with Easy Returns and Exchanges
Beware, Gatsby charges a restocking fee even if you purchase the easy returns and exchanges offering. The shoes had a strong "tar" / "rubber" smell - not satisfied and won't buy again..

Gatsby shoes are GREAT!
I ordered the Gatsby shoes for my husband who has fussy feet. These shoes proved to be everything we hoped for! Stylish, which you can see in the advertisement…but very comfortable as well, which is the unknown when ordering online. Their return policy, however, took the gamble out of that concern. So order we did, and happy we are! We, without hesitation, HIGHLY recommend Gatsby shoes!!! Their customer service is positively exemplary! We are happy customers indeed.

The shoes are very well constructed
The shoes are very well constructed. Customer Service responds within 24 hours.. I do wish they had telephone sport, but Email support is sufficient for the time being. Shoes work well with my prosthetic left leg and Look up-to-date and not clunky like so many diabetic shoes can be.

terrible quality, avoid
terrible quality, wore them twice and the bottom separated from the shoe, contacted support and they said they could offer me a 30 percent discount on another pair, why would I spend money on an inferior product again, stay away!

Delivery dates never communicated
There is no communication as to when my order will be delivered. I fail to understand how Customer Satisfaction is a low priority. I have asked three times and get told they have Procurement issues with no resolution.
