The advertisement shows brown shoes with black toe for sale. Upon arrival the shoe only shows brown, no classy black highlight. It seems bait and switch to me. If I can get the one advertised, I would like to. Also now I find out that you’re charging me shipping when you have free shipping advertised. This is not a good experience. I like my other pairs, but this one has started out all wrong.

My first pair of Gatsby shoes were great but that unfortunately was not the case with the second and last pair. That second pair were too tight so I requested an exchange for half size larger. I was told it would cost me another $30
Response from GatsbyshoesDec 26, 2025

As discussed during your recent contact with us, your order was fulfilled in accordance with the style and size you selected on our website at the time of purchase. We would also like to clarify that our refund policy is presented during the checkout process and specifies that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We apologize if this information may have been overlooked. We understand that a return fee may be incurred for returning the shoes. I bought Gatsby shoes in December 2024. I wear them on Sunday so they still look like new. The front of the sole separated from the shoe. There are no signs of any adhesive that bonded the sole to the shoe. I sent a message and pictures to customer support. They responded that my concerns were noted but fell outside of their 6-month window. I found their staff to be inflexible and pandering with their comments. My shoes clearly had a manufacturing issue and Gatsby didn't care. I don't recommend Gatsby to anyone.

Hi Stephen, We're truly sorry about your shoes. As it falls outside our refund and exchange policy, we regret that an exchange request can not be granted. -The Gatsbyshoes Team

I owned shoes for 7 months and wore 8 times. Soles fell off shoe . When I reported , your advisor said „sorry, only 6 month warranty. Your shoe is obviously garbage.
