The support that has been give has been great and was walked through the process.

Size runs a little large. The shoes are very comfortable. I was surprised to learn they were shipping from China.

We ordred a pair of shoes for my husband in late October. The did not fit him- returned them within 30 days as per their policy. In same box, with all documentation, even sent them an email to let them know when to expect the return to their facility. MIddle of January still no return credit. Had to send multiple emails multiple times to get a response to get our refund form November. Finally a credit has come through on our February credit card statement less 10% restocking fee. Rude customer service. Be careful with this company if you have to return shoes. POOR CUSTOMER service for refunds

Shipping took over a month to receive the product. The shoes are cheap in price and they are very poor quality. The old saying is you get what you pay for.

Excellent service. Was a little bit worried as the post were mainly from people USA no problem delivering to UK. My husband loves the shoes. Very comfortable. And the style m gives the impression of small feet.

Easy to order and no problem with the delivery.
