I am so disappointed. I tried to return a purchase on the 7th day, which is all you have for returns, and I was not allowed to initiate the return. I have proof that the package was delivered on a date 7 days ago and they say it was delivered the day before and won’t take my return. I’ve previously been very satisfied with their service so I’m sad that they wouldn’t work with me.
