I have seen ads for replacement lenses for awhile, but these looked top notch and very affordable! I was a little disappointed when my lenses didn't fit perfectly (Oakley Sylas) and had a slight rattle to them. However, I contacted customer service (Rosina specifically!) and she sent out a new pair within a few days. Happy to report I got these yesterday and they fit perfect, just like the OEM lenses! They look great too. Always happy to leave reviews for companies with a good product, but even better customer service to right wrongs! Thanks!

I received a defective lense and as soon as the problem was brought to the company's attention it was already being fixed.

I emailed customer service for replacement lenses. Alexandria explained to me in depth how the warranty system works and that a new pair would be shipped out right away! She was extremely helpful and made my inquiry as easy as possible!

The lenses look great! When I installed one of my new ones it messed a corner up slightly. I was just going to wear them until it got worse. They reached out just wanting to make sure my order went well, and I told them what happened. They immediately sent me another set of lenses. Awesome customer service, and awesome looking lenses. They are way better than my stock lenses.
