I had an issue with my inital pair of sunglasses and sent an email to the customer support. I got a really quick response from a person and that person was anxious to help correct the issue. I haven't recieved my replacement order yet, but customer support representative was extremely responsive and helpful.

I was actually misinformed by Oakley about which lenses I needed so I wasn't able to get replacement lens from the manufacturer. Back in March of 2025, I received my replacement lenses for my Oakley Frogskins. There was a small defect in the coating. The Fuse Team was apologetic and helpful! They are replacing the lenses AND keeping my warranty in place. Their customer service is spectacular! I’ve been really happy with my Fuse lenses. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering replacement lenses!!
