They confirmed my order and yanked money out of my account 2 weeks ago and all I have to show for it is an IOU from them today, 2 weeks later, claiming that they are still working on custom cutting my one pair of non-prescription lenses. Oh and "We expect your lenses to be shipped out in the next week". Are you kidding me with this? I'm totally dissatisified with this company and this process. Very frustrating.

Terrible experience. Sent in glasses for custom lenses. Received return box and could not read RMA because of poor quality control. Label was stuck to bag. After a week of them finally having my glasses they issued a refund and stated they could not make lenses. What a joke they are. Be careful if you use them but never again will they get my business.

Ordered new lenses for my Maui Jim sunglasses after my factory one got scratched. Super easy to order and the product arrived safe here in London within a couple of weeks. Easy to fit too. Thank you for saving my favourite sunglasses :)

The worst customer service I have ever faced. I was trying to communicate with a lady named Danniele, about an order and the shipping procedure and the answers I was receiving were like automated from a robot. I am pretty sure she didn`t even bother to read my messages. I can`t stop thinking the scenario I was trying to replace a faulty lens. It would be a dead end. No way. Negative stars rate.

Before I was spending $50+ on RayBan lenses when my glasses got scratched, but for just $30 and in half the time for shipping how can it get any better?. I'm legit blown away -- plus the little case, sticker, and glasses soft case.. I'm one happy customer.
