I received a set of lenses that did not correctly fit my glasses and would pop out all the time. I reached out to customer service and had excellent service. She was very polite, respectful and understanding. The lenses I was replacing are to a very old pair of gascan Oakley sunglasses, and they are very beat up. When asked for a picture of the info on my frames I was only able to provide a picture of a mostly destroyed style number due to wear and tear. The service representative was very understanding and did not make me feel bad at all for my beat up frames. She immediately sent a new set of lenses that fit right and the whole process took less than a week from first contact to receiving my new lenses. Thank you

Fuse Lenses has some of the best customer service I have ever come across. They previously custom cut lenses for my sunglasses at no additional charge after the original ones did not fit. Now, after losing my lenses, they have shipped a new pair to me under the warranty. On top of this, they are very quick to respond to emails and communicate clearly and effectively. I could not be more pleased.

My warranty/guarantee was handled very professionally very rapidly. This company really cares about their customers and wants them to be extremely happy with what they purchase. If you haven’t tried these before give them a chance. The company is amazing and the glasses are even better. Lifetime customer!

I ordered the wrong set of lenses for a pair of glasses, totally my fault. Customer service was extremely helpful and had the correct lenses sent to me for no additional charge, and of course they fit perfectly. I will be using Fuse for any lens replacements in the future.
