Ordered lenses on September 3. Estimated delivery date is astronomically incorrect. Order did not arrive in time for vacation on September 14. Came back from vacation on September 19 and order still did not arrive. Tracking update still shows a scan in Franklin IN with no movement. This company's customer service is non-existent. I have emailed x2 with no response. You have been warned do not order from these jokers! Now I have to dispute the charges!

This was so frustrating! I ordered lenses for my Oakley Feedback frames. The lenses came and they were nothing like the originals I have. There are two ridge lines in the Fuse lenses but only one ridge in the OEM lenses which causes issues installing them. Also, the curvature is even completely off. After going back and forth, they offered to have me send my frames in and they were going to create a custom set of lenses and install them for me. Great customer service right? Nope....my frames showed up today and all they did was JAM the same lenses into the frames - They're barely being held in by one or 2 threads!

The website is very confusing when ordering RX lenses. They got my order wrong and are very slow ro respond and rectify the situation.

They are slow. Paid for lenses on May 5th. They didn't ship the box until May 12th. As of May 27th no lenses and after waiting almost a week to hear back from them im told they are still 10 days out. Asked for a return of my frames and a refund and was denied.

HAD MY GLASSES FOR A MONTH AND WERE STILL NOT COMPLETE!!!!

I waited 45 days for a prescription order, only to receive a product that was physically and medically incorrect. After being told the delay was due to "failed inspections," I finally received glasses where the lenses didn't even match—one was dark and one was clear. Even worse, the prescription was completely missing from one side. To add insult to injury, my original lenses were returned scratched, and now the company is refusing to answer my emails. They claim they don't offer refunds because it’s a "prescription" order, but they failed to actually provide the prescription I paid for. Absolutely zero accountability and terrible quality control. Avoid this place at all costs.

In june of 2024 I ordered 2 sets of lenses for my sylas, an xl pair and a standard pair, they were amazing till I lost my xl's on a jetski trip. On sept 9 I emailed asking about the warranty program for the standard pair, later in the day I get an email stating my order is about to ship. When I took a look at my new order I see the lenses coming are the xl, mine are standard. I email Zach again stating that I needed the standard not the xl. He asked for me to take pics of the inside arms of the glasses which I did but never heard back. Now the wrong lenses are at my door and I cant get a reply from Zach after 4 days

I sent in my brand new sunglasses to Fuse for prescription lenses, and it has been a nightmare. Their website states a 10–15 business day turnaround, but it took them over two months to return my sunglasses. When I finally received them, the new lenses were not cut to fit the frame. There are large, awkward gaps on both sides, plus shards of plastic trapped under the lenses, making them look scratched and blotchy. The workmanship is shockingly bad. How do you look at a final product and think, “Looks great!” I was honestly shocked when I took them out of the package. They claim to have “quality control,” but seriously... how could anyone think this is acceptable work, especially with shards of plastic coming out of them? The customer service response has been just as disappointing. All the rep kept saying was “Sorry you weren’t fully satisfied” and “I understand your concern,” but they refuse to actually fix the problem. Overall, I wasted time, money, and now may have permanently damaged sunglasses. Fuse Lenses does not deliver on their promises and does not take accountability. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND.
