The testing was quick and the results…
The testing was quick and the results came in quickly. I do wish there was an area you could ask a couple of questions for a little more clarity.

AVOID Until Customer Support Improves!!
I wanted to be excited about Function Health, but my experience has been the exact opposite. I paid for a membership & never received the onboarding email needed to activate my account. Every attempt to resolve the issue has led me into the same broken onboarding loop, making it impossible to access the service I purchased. The most disappointing part has been customer support. After multiple attempts to get help, I’ve received little more than repetitive responses with no meaningful resolution. Nearly a year later, I’m still trying to either gain access to the service or receive a refund. I also previously posted a one-star review that is no longer visible. Regardless of the reason, the underlying issue remains unresolved. Until Function Health demonstrates unresponsive customer service and stands behind its members when problems arise, I can't recommend the service based on my experience.

How do you not test the exact same…
How do you not test the exact same baseline tests mid- year? It was not made clear that you would short the number of things tested mid-year. It makes it seem pretty sketchy that I pay over 300 dollars for 2 detailed test windows and can’t compare crucial biomarkers like vitamin-D. Was not impressed, now it just seems like a money making scheme

Great insights from blood test and indicators
FH - thank you for a very detailed look into the snapshot of my blood labs. I received the results and detailed clinician notes covering over 100 indicators and what it means from current state of what indicators in blood can tell us. I feel like I’m more informed with my overall health as it relates to diet and exercise and their impacts on my blood.

Excellent process all around
Excellent process all around. From the cost to scheduling to results, it's the best way to take charge of your health then get medical professionals involved that are applicable to your results. Most doctors don't even order all the blood work Function provides.
